Orders & Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. Prepaid orders get free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. All online payments go through encrypted payment gateways.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You get an order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a tracking number by email once it ships.
Do you take bulk, wholesale or corporate gifting orders?
Yes. We supply bulk orders for companies, retailers, healers and yoga centres, with custom branding and gift packaging. See our Corporate Gifting page or email info@calminds.in.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 0–7 days of being placed, depending on your location. Festivals and public holidays can add a short delay, so order early for Dhanteras and Diwali.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India, with no minimum order value.
Do you deliver across India and abroad?
We deliver across India, including Cash on Delivery to most pincodes. International shipping is available on request — email info@calminds.in before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. For shipment questions, write to orders@calminds.in.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it, with free return shipping. An unboxing video makes the claim much faster.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email info@calminds.in first; we arrange a free pickup or send a prepaid label. Change-of-mind returns are refunded, not exchanged. Custom, personalised and sale items cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is natural variation in a crystal a defect?
No. Our pieces are handmade from natural stone, so small differences in colour, pattern, size and inclusions are normal and are how natural stone looks. They are not treated as defects.
Authenticity & Quality
Are Calminds crystals real and natural?
Yes. We sell natural stone, not glass, plastic or dyed imitations. Where a stone is treated in the normal course of the trade — for example citrine that is heat-treated amethyst, or golden hematite that is coated — we say so on the product page.
Do any pieces come with a lab certificate?
Some premium pieces, such as our carved Pyrite idols, ship with a gemmological report from an independent lab. When a product has a certificate, its page says so.
How can I tell if a crystal is real?
Natural crystals show uneven colour, small inclusions and differences from piece to piece. Warning signs are air bubbles (glass), very light weight (plastic or resin), neon colours and perfectly identical beads. Our guide to real vs fake crystals covers simple tests.
What does your ISO certification cover?
Calminds' quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by VRC Certification (Certificate No. CAF1Q0304V25). It covers how we run quality checks, not the properties of any stone.
What is the S.P.A.C.E. process?
It is how every piece is prepared before dispatch: Sourced (natural stone from vetted suppliers), Purified (cleansed), Activated (Reiki-charged), Crafted (finished by hand) and Examined (checked piece by piece).
Reiki-Charged Crystals
What does Reiki-charged mean?
It means our founder, Sweeny Panjrath, a Usui Reiki Grandmaster with 15 years of Reiki practice, performs a Reiki activation on each piece before it is dispatched. This is a spiritual practice; it is not a measurable change to the stone.
Do I need to know Reiki to use a crystal?
No. You do not need any training. A clear intention and simple care, such as moonlight or a Selenite plate, are all you need. If you want to learn, see our Reiki courses.
Do Crystals Work?
Do crystals really work?
Crystal meanings come from tradition, not science. There is no scientific evidence that crystals heal illness, attract money or change events. Many people still find them useful as a daily reminder of an intention and as part of a calming routine — that is how we describe them.
Can crystals replace medical, mental health or financial advice?
No. Crystals are not a treatment for any condition and not a financial plan. If you are dealing with anxiety, sleep problems or any health concern, please speak to a qualified professional.
Do I have to believe in crystals to enjoy them?
No. Many people choose crystals simply for their natural beauty, their meaning as a gift, or as a reminder of a goal.
Choosing a Crystal
How do I choose the right crystal?
Start with your intention — money, calm, love or protection — then pick a stone traditionally linked with it, in a form you will actually see every day. If you are unsure, use our free crystal recommendation.
Which crystal is traditionally used for money?
Citrine and Pyrite are the most popular, followed by Green Aventurine, Tiger's Eye and Green Jade. See our guide to the best crystals for money and wealth.
Which crystal is traditionally used for calm?
Amethyst, Lepidolite, Rose Quartz and Black Tourmaline are the usual choices for calm and grounding routines. They are not a treatment for anxiety. See our guide to calming crystals.
Which crystal is traditionally used for love?
Rose Quartz is the classic stone for love and self-love. Rhodonite and Moonstone are other common choices.
Which crystal is traditionally used for protection?
Black Tourmaline and the Evil Eye are the most common protection choices, often kept near the entrance or worn on the right hand.
Which crystals make good gifts?
Rose Quartz for love, Amethyst for calm, Clear Quartz for clarity and Citrine for abundance are safe choices for almost anyone. Crystal trees and Ganesha idols suit housewarmings and Diwali.
Which hand should I wear a crystal bracelet on?
By tradition, the left hand is the receiving side, used for money, love and opportunity, and the right hand is the giving side, used for confidence and protection. Wear it wherever it is comfortable if you prefer. Our Pyrite bracelet guide explains the tradition.
Crystal Care & Cleansing
Do I need to cleanse a crystal when it arrives?
It is optional but traditional. Every Calminds piece is cleansed before dispatch; many people like to cleanse it again at home before setting their own intention.
How do I cleanse my crystals safely?
Use a dry method, which is safe for every stone: moonlight overnight, incense or sage smoke, sound from a bell or singing bowl, or a Selenite plate. Our cleansing guide explains each method.
Which crystals should never get wet?
Selenite (it dissolves), Pyrite (it tarnishes), Malachite, Hematite and Lepidolite should be kept dry. Strung bracelets should also stay dry, because water weakens the elastic. Only hard quartz-family stones, like Clear Quartz and Amethyst, tolerate a brief rinse.
Can I keep crystals in sunlight?
Avoid long sun exposure for Amethyst, Citrine and Rose Quartz, which can fade permanently. Moonlight is the safer choice for every stone.
How often should I cleanse my crystals?
About once a month for pieces you wear or use daily, or whenever it feels right. There is no fixed rule.
Can I sleep with crystals or wear bracelets to bed?
Yes, if it is comfortable. Many people keep Amethyst or Rose Quartz on the bedside table. Taking bracelets off at night helps the elastic last longer.
Can I wear more than one crystal bracelet?
Yes. Stacking two or three bracelets is common, for example Rose Quartz with Amethyst. Pick stones that match one clear intention.
What should I do if my bracelet breaks?
Collect the beads; elastic wears out with daily use. If it breaks within 7 days of delivery, contact us. Otherwise many people keep the beads in a small bowl at home, as tradition says the stones have done their job.
