Please read this policy carefully before you place your order with Calminds. By placing an order with Calminds, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Calminds is committed to selling quality, handcrafted crystal products. We check every product carefully before we send it to you to make sure it gets to you in condition.

Return Eligibility (Defective & Non-Defective Products)

Calminds allows you to return products that're defective and products that are not defective but you have to follow the conditions that are mentioned below.

Exchange Policy for Calminds products

Calminds offers exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • An unboxing video is recommended for faster claim verification.
    (Additional proof, such as images or videos, may be requested for claim verification.)
  • Eligible damaged or defective items may be replaced after verification.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and all contents intact

Calminds will arrange a free return pickup for approved damaged product exchanges.

Exchanges may not be available for personal preference changes, such as incorrect selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Return Policy

Customers may return unused non-defective products within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.

Calminds accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was promised on our website.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Images or videos may be requested for claim verification.
  • The product is returned in proper condition with:
    • Original packaging

    • All accessories (if applicable)

    • No signs of usage, damage, or missing parts

Returns may not be approved if products are found used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

All approved returns are accepted by mail only.
Calminds arranges a free return pickup for eligible returns and exchanges.

Refund Policy for Calminds products

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund is initiated within 7 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
The credited amount may reflect within the bank or payment gateway timelines.

Return Shipping Cost for Calminds products

Return shipping is free of cost for approved returns and exchanges.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers are encouraged to share clear images or videos for faster claim verification.

Claims are reviewed based on the information and proof shared by the customer.

Order Inspection

Once the returned product reaches our facility:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • The product will undergo quality inspection
  • Approval or rejection will be shared within 1–2 working days

Requests may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • Packaging is missing or improper
  • Insufficient proof or incomplete return details may affect claim approval.

All return and refund requests are reviewed carefully by our support team.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  • Email us immediately at info@calminds.in
  • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can escalate the issue with our delivery partner.

Customers are encouraged to report delivery issues as soon as possible for faster resolution.

International Orders

Calminds does not provide international shipping by default.
For orders above ₹10,000, international shipping may be arranged externally if feasible.

Please note:

  • All international shipping charges must be borne by the customer
  • Calminds is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges
