Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@calminds.in. Returns are sent to:

If your return is approved, we arrange a free pickup from your address, or send you a prepaid return label, along with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What you can return

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Raise the request within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind. You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Change-of-mind returns are refunded, not exchanged — if you want a different item, return this one and place a fresh order.

Return shipping is free in both cases.

Conditions for every return

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product comes back with its original packaging and all accessories, with no signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
  • Clear images or a video may be requested to verify a claim, particularly for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. An unboxing video makes this much faster.

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, was damaged after delivery, arrives without its original packaging, or if we cannot verify the claim from the information provided.

Items we cannot accept back

Custom or personalised products, perishable goods, and personal care goods cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Natural variation is not a defect

Our products are handmade using natural stones and crystals. Small differences in colour, shape, texture, size, and natural inclusions between pieces are normal and are not treated as defects.

Order inspection

Once your return reaches us:

  • You will receive an email confirming we have it.
  • The product goes through a quality inspection.
  • We share approval or rejection within 1–2 working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 7 days of approval.

Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the purchase. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment gateway.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, email info@calminds.in.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, email info@calminds.in straight away so we can escalate it with our delivery partner. The sooner you tell us, the faster it can be resolved.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must come back unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

International orders

International shipping is not offered by default. Where it can be arranged, all shipping charges are borne by the customer, and Calminds is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase
  • Images or video, if you have them
  • Whether you want a refund or a replacement
