Wand
A crystal wand is a length of stone polished into a rounded shaft, usually with one tapered end and one blunt end. They are cut from a single piece — no joins, no settings.
What people use them for
Two things, mostly. The first is bodywork: the smooth tapered end is used for pressure-point and facial massage in the same way a gua sha stone is, and the weight and coolness of stone is the whole appeal. The second is as a focus object in meditation and in crystal practice, where a pointed form is traditionally used to mark direction and attention — a gesture with a long history in ritual, not a mechanism.
Choosing one
Weight and length matter more than the stone if you intend to use it in the hand. Harder stones — quartz, jasper, agate — take a better polish and survive being dropped. Softer ones such as selenite look extraordinary and chip easily. Dimensions and weight are on each product page.
Care
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Check the product page before putting any wand near water: selenite dissolves, and several other stones dull or stain. Store wands separately, because a harder stone will scratch a softer one.
What this is, and what it isn't
These are polished lengths of natural stone. Crystals have a long place in tradition and in ritual practice, and that is the spirit in which we sell them. There is no peer-reviewed evidence that any stone treats, cures or prevents a medical condition, changes your finances, or alters the physical energy of a room. Nothing on this page is medical, psychological or financial advice.
