3. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations
Many of our products are handmade or made using natural stones and crystals. Therefore:
- Each product may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, or size.
- Natural inclusions and variations are not considered defects.
- Spiritual and healing experiences may vary from person to person based on individual beliefs and practices.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
We accept payments through:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Razorpay
- Net Banking
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer shipping across India.
- Orders are delivered within 0–7 days of being placed, depending on location and courier availability.
- Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery is available.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, or government restrictions are beyond our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This video may be required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products received
Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind. You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Change-of-mind returns are refunded rather than exchanged.
Return shipping is free in both cases. We arrange a free pickup or send a prepaid return label.
To be eligible, the item must come back unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Custom or personalised items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Clear images or a video may be requested to verify a claim. An unboxing video makes this much faster.
Refunds are initiated within 7 days of an approved return, to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment gateway.
Because our products are handmade from natural stones, small differences in colour, shape, texture, size, and natural inclusions are normal and are not treated as defects.
