At Calminds, we aim to make ordering simple and delivery quick. Here is how we process and deliver orders within India.
Free Shipping Across India
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option.
- There is no minimum order value.
Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 0–7 days of being placed, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its status.
- During festivals, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions, there may be slight delays.
Important: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
Package Handling & Claims
- To ensure safe delivery, we recommend recording a video while opening your package.
- This video will be required as proof for any claim of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
- For any issue with your order, contact orders@calminds.in with your order details and the unboxing video.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use it to check delivery status on our logistics partner's website.
