Free Shipping Across India

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

  • We do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once you place an order, our team carefully processes, packs, and dispatches it within 10 business days.

  • If you place an order during festivals, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions, there may be slight delays in processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its status.

Important: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

Package Handling & Claims

  • To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we recommend that you record a video while opening your package.

  • This video will be required as proof if you need to claim any damages, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • If you face any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@calminds.in with your order details and the unboxing video.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on our logistics partner’s website.

  • If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to reach out to us at orders@calminds.in.

Minimum Order Value (MOV)

  • There is no minimum order value

  • Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
