At Calminds, we aim to make ordering simple and delivery quick. Here is how we process and deliver orders within India.
Free Shipping Across India
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option.
- There is no minimum order value.
Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 0–7 days of being placed, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its status.
- During festivals, public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions, there may be slight delays.
Important: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
Package Handling & Claims
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package.
Clear images or a video may be requested to verify a claim of damage, missing items, or incorrect products. An unboxing video makes this much faster.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Return shipping is free. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
