Sunstone Bracelet – Natural Diamond-Cut 8mm Beads

The Natural Sunstone Bracelet is handcrafted with genuine diamond-cut sunstone beads that flash warm orange and gold as you move. Known in crystal tradition as the Stone of Joy, sunstone is associated with warmth, optimism and confidence. Every bracelet goes through our S.P.A.C.E. process and is Reiki-charged by Usui Reiki Grandmaster Sweeny Panjrath before dispatch.

What Is Sunstone?

Sunstone is a natural feldspar. Its sparkle — called aventurescence — comes from tiny flat platelets of hematite or copper inside the stone that catch the light. Much of the world's sunstone is mined in India, and no two beads show quite the same pattern of flashes.

Sunstone Bracelet: Traditional Meanings

• Traditionally associated with joy and optimism — the "Stone of Joy"
• Traditionally linked with confidence, leadership and self-expression
• Associated in crystal practice with creativity and motivation
• Often worn as a reminder during intention-setting and new beginnings

These are traditional crystal beliefs, not proven effects or medical claims.

How to Wear Your Sunstone Bracelet

• Right wrist: the projecting side in crystal tradition — the usual choice for confidence and leadership.
• Left wrist: the receiving side — chosen when your intention is warmth and joy.
• Day to start: Sunday, by tradition, for a "sun" stone — though any day works.
• Intention: hold it for a moment before wearing and name what you want to bring into the day.

How to Tell Real Sunstone From Goldstone

The most common imitation sold as sunstone is goldstone — a man-made glass with copper glitter. It is pretty, but it is not sunstone.

• Sunstone: flashes appear in patches and change as you tilt the bead; colour varies from bead to bead; feels cool.
• Goldstone: tiny, evenly spread sparkles throughout a uniform reddish-brown glass; every bead looks identical.

Our sunstone is natural feldspar, checked bead by bead at the Examined stage of our S.P.A.C.E. process.

Care

• Sunstone is a little softer than quartz and can chip if knocked — store it separately from harder jewellery.
• Remove it before showering, swimming and the gym to protect the elastic.
• Cleanse with incense smoke, sound or a selenite plate; a short spell in morning sun is traditional.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sunstone bracelet used for?

In crystal tradition, sunstone is worn as a reminder of joy, optimism and confidence. It is a meaningful accessory, not a treatment.

Which hand should I wear a sunstone bracelet on?

The right wrist is traditional for confidence and leadership; the left for warmth and joy. Either is fine.

Is this real sunstone or goldstone?

Real sunstone. Goldstone is man-made glass with even copper glitter; natural sunstone shows irregular flashes that vary bead to bead.

Can I wear sunstone every day?

Yes. Take it off around water and heavy activity, and store it so it does not get knocked.

Is sunstone good for men?

Yes. Its warm orange tones suit men and women alike, and it stacks well with tiger eye or pyrite.
