What this collection actually is

The name describes a tradition, not an outcome we are promising. In crystal practice these particular stones — the golds, the warm greens, the metallics — are the ones traditionally kept at a desk, in a workspace, or near where money is handled. Pyrite got there by looking like gold. Citrine and aventurine got there by colour. Those associations are centuries old in some cases and decades old in others, and they are why this grouping exists.

We are not going to tell you a stone will bring you work, money or an opportunity. It will not, and any shop that says otherwise is selling you something other than stone. What a piece on your desk does do is sit in your eyeline as a reminder of something you decided — and people find that genuinely useful, which is a different and more honest claim.

Choosing from it

For a desk: a tower, pyramid or tree, where it stays visible. To wear: a bracelet — check bead size and wrist size on the product page. As a gift for someone starting a business or a new job, pyrite and citrine are the two most recognised.

Care

Pyrite is the one to watch: it is iron sulphide and it tarnishes and rusts with moisture, so keep it dry and off a bathroom shelf. Citrine fades in prolonged sunlight. Each product page carries its own care note.

These are natural stones grouped by a traditional association. Crystals have a long place in tradition and in ritual practice, and that is the spirit in which we sell them.
