Discover Inner Peace and Healing through Reiki

About Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a word that is becoming more popular, especially as people seek out alternative methods for decreasing pain and stress, preventing sickness, and accelerating personal and spiritual growth.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that attacks physical, mental, and emotional problems. When the body is out of equilibrium, illness, discomfort, and disease are unavoidable.

Reiki is a universal life force because Rei means universal and Ki means life energy. It works by breaking down energy barriers and allowing our energy to circulate freely throughout our body. It's been used to treat illnesses, injuries, and discomfort, as well as for personal growth, mental well-being, and clarity.

When you get a Reiki treatment, it's usually a hands-on treatment.
